Step 1 — Check the basics
Three simple conditions: being an adult woman (18 or over), able to present a valid ID — verification is an absolute legal obligation, and it works both ways — and doing it for yourself, at your own pace. Step 2 — Choose a serious agency
This is the most important step of all. A professional agency is recognised by four signs: it never asks for money — no "registration fees", no paid portfolio —, it answers your questions clearly, it communicates the location address and the participants' names in advance, and it puts everything in writing. Step 3 — Prepare your application
Nothing complicated: 3 to 5 recent, honest photos — front, profile, full body, without excessive filters — and a few lines to introduce yourself (age, city, availability). No professional photos needed: a natural beginner is worth more than a retouched portfolio. Step 4 — The first exchange
This is the moment to ask all your questions: schedule, limits, pay, anonymity, dates. A serious team answers them openly. Step 5 — The first audition
Filmed, in a private and secure location, and paid the same day: your time counts from the very first appointment. Step 6 — The first shoot

Step 7 — After the first shoot
At your own pace, with no obligation: some go on to shoot regularly, others prefer to keep it as a one-off experience. In every case, your content is distributed exclusively on legal platforms, in accordance with French and European law — and you always know where and how.

- Paying anyone to "get" a casting: a serious agency never asks for money.
